Insurance giant CLICO is still struggling to repay policyholders because it is not making money quickly enough. The recovery of the cash-strapped subsidiary of CL Financial has provided greater challenges to keep it as an ongoing institution, Central Bank Governor Ewart Williams said yesterday.
