The term is “non-existant.”
The purpose of the American government is to spend as much as possible of taxpayers’ dollars, especially on cronies and special interests.
You see, the goverment doesn’t make money, they take it from us, always wanting more and more and more, and then squandering it on just about anything that won’t benfit those paying the taxes.
Noone in the government ever tries to reduce spending or government waste, after all, there’s plenty more where that came from.
And Obama’s the biggest spender of all time. The execs, cronies and special interests are having a great time, at the taxpayers’ expense.
OBAMA: Change we can grieve in.
